Hello friends!
I just thought I would take a few minutes to wish you all a BEAUTIFUL Valentine's Day tomorrow! Whether you're spending it with someone you're ga-ga over, or just eating chocolate by yourself, be sure to enjoy your day and get pampered! Even if it means taking yourself out to a spa or your favorite restaurant! I also have some totally awesome updates that I'd love to share with you all and you just might be interested in them!

Last Minute Valentine's Gift Idea: Jar of Love
Jar of Love - Six Steps
Step One : Hurry to your local grocery store (or just look around your home) and find some red/pink construction paper, a mason jar, ribbon, glue or hot glue, scissors, markers and a pen. Judging that a lot of this may already be in your home, this isn't an expensive project!
Step Two: Cut out tiny hearts from the construction paper. I recommend cutting about twenty hearts, but the more the better! Using two colors of paper will make this look even prettier.
Step Three: Using a pen or markers, write different reasons why you love that special person on each heart.
Step Four: Then, fold each heart in half and fill up the jar.
Step Five: Now, cut out one last heart. This heart should be a little larger, because it will be used as a tag. Write To: [special someone] and From: [your name here]. Punch a hole in the heart and slide the ribbon through. Using the ribbon, tie the tag around the jar.
Step Six: Using the lid of the jar, trace a circle large enough to be used as a cover for the top of the jar. Here you can write "Jar of Love" or "Happy Valentine's Day!". Once you are done, using hot glue, attach to the lid.
Now you're finished! However, you can top this off by adding some Hershey's kisses or other candies as incentive to look through the jar. Bows around the edge of the jar or throwing red heart confetti inside of the jar can add a lot of flare to your jar. Be creative!

Be Your Own Valentine - Ideas
1. Schedule a spa date for yourself! Try to find a spa that operates on a walk-in basis, as other spas may be booked since it is Valentine's Day and spa packages are a popular gift. Treat yourself and your body to a relaxing massage, pedicure, manicure, or whatever you'd like! Relaxation is good for your body, but even better for your mind!
2. Make yourself a special breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Who says you can't enjoy Valentine's day treats on your own?
3. Give yourself this manicure at home!
4. Pamper yourself all day. Similar to going a spa, you can pamper yourself in several ways without breaking your bank. Take a bubble bath in candlelight, put on a green facial mask! When you're done, relax on the couch with a good book and a cup of tea!
5. Treat yourself to a shopping spree. Something you may not do often, but something you deserve. There's tons of sales on Valentine's Day, so why not take advantage of them? Go on! Have some fun!
6. Help brighten the day for someone else who may be spending it alone. Take some flowers or cookies to a local nursing home, hospital, or to a friend.

Chocolate covered orange peels... Delicious! |
Chocolate covered BACON... A little less traditional and awfully unhealthy, but lip-smacking-good |
